San Antonio Pressure Washing & Painting received a call from a homeowner in San Antonio Texas because he wanted to clean an outdoor kitchen area and backyard sidewalk. He needed pressure washing because he was going to have family & friends over. After providing him a free estimate and answering all of his questions, he hired us. We went ahead and pretreated the patio & sidewalks to kill the algae and mold that is embedded in the concrete. Pressure alone will not get all of the mold and algae off. Then we proceeded to pressure wash the backyard sidewalks and patio. We then applied a post treatment to clean the concrete for a few hours. This will add brightness and further destroy any remaining organic growth that may be hiding in the smallest of cracks. This helps prevent mold and algae from growing back for some time. San Antonio Pressure Washing & Painting does not leave any lines or markings left over, safely cleaning the concrete. The homeowner was very pleased with the results & promised to call us back on a yearly basis for his patio & sidewalk cleaning.
